Recently, I embraced more moments of solitude, detached from the world, at times entangled in my own thoughts, and at others, completely devoid of them. In this state, where judgment holds no sway, I sat without anticipation, allowing a precious seed of comprehension to gradually sprout and blossom.
And in that stillness, the realization was simple —I love you. Love has always come effortlessly to me, without reservation or hesitation. I used to believe this was a flaw, a vulnerability, but now I understand it as my greatest strength. Because, you see, I genuinely love you. I don't require your love in return, nor do I seek your approval. Your opinion of me, your actions or inaction, and your emotions—they don't matter. My love for you transcends all of that.
This is my love letter to everyone, to each of you, to myself. It's a letter of love for those who have loved me, those who have hurt me, and even those who may despise me as they read these very words. Yes, I love you. There are no games to play, no conditions to meet, and no boundaries to cross. There are no expectations or desires for you to change in any way. It's simply a declaration of love, pure and unadulterated.
As I continue to take time to understand who I am, my place in the world, I recognize the profound power of embracing each moment without expectation, without yearning for anything beyond the present. It is in this beautiful surrender that my journey finds its foundation—rooted solely in love, and nothing else. No matter where you are in the world, no matter what you're going through, whether you're feeling high or low, or simply existing—I love you.
Love is a powerful force that weaves a profound connection amongst us. Some may call it God, Allah, Jehovah, or by myriad other names, but its essence remains unchanged. From this moment forward, I choose to refer to it simply and completely as Love. Love embraces our strengths and weaknesses, our joys, and pains, intertwining itself with every aspect of our existence. It holds the essence of our journey, guiding us towards the destination we seek. Love is both the question and the answer, inseparable, encompassing all that we are. It lives in our smiles, our tears, our anger, and our fears. It exists throughout eternity, before and after our time. It is the source of all that we are, all that we hope to be, and all that we desire. Love encompasses everything because Love is everything.
